Meet Bobbi Bilnoski, an expert management and strategic planning consultant, speaker and facilitator who helps clients assess their organizations and create a sustainable future. Clients choose Bobbi not only for her expertise, but also because of her positive energy, inspiration, and personality. She has strong people skills and knows how to help groups achieve “CONCINNITY” – the harmony of interrelated working parts relating to each other and to a whole. Bobbi established her consulting practice in 1995 with her passion for providing communities and organizations the tools and processes that help them work together, do their best thinking, and create positive change.
Passion for Community - Bobbi’s career started as an “M Streets” civic leader in Dallas. Her experience spans 20+ years and many hard-won victories at Dallas City Hall in crime, transportation, zoning, and community organizing. Her grass roots leadership experience gives her a unique perspective. Bobbi is a master at designing and executing consensus-based processes. Raised as an Army BRAT all over the world (Born, Raised, and Transferred), Bobbi learned to embrace change. She “commands the room” to deal with big, challenging personalities and environments, and competing agendas – yet never wavering from helping a group achieve their goal of a share vision or mission.
Passion for Leadership - Bobbi’s passion for learning has taken her to a wide variety of organizations. She loves researching and getting to know her clients and their unique set of challenges. A few highlights in her career are:
•Landmark Adventures – Bobbi owned a cartoon map company for local merchant associations, tourist destinations and local historic areas such as Knox-Henderson, Greenville Avenue, Cedar Springs, and the one for the State of Texas.
